SakeMeta USA Shipping Policy

We are excited to offer direct door-to-door delivery of premium sake and wine to customers in the USA starting Nov 1st 2024. With our service, you don’t need to worry about customs clearance or import procedures—our team handles all logistics, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Shipping Process: Each month, orders are consolidated and shipped via air-freight to our dedicated warehouse in the USA. From there, individual orders are dispatched by courier directly to your provided address. A tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time shipment updates.

Quality Assurance: We prioritize the preservation of your sake and wine’s quality. Our shipments are conducted in a fully temperature-controlled environment, with the exception of last-mile delivery in certain areas, which will not affect the product’s quality.

Insurance Policy: Each shipment is automatically insured up to USD $2,000. For additional coverage, you may purchase extra insurance at a rate of 1.5% of the declared value exceeding this amount.

Non-serviceable States: Due to local liquor law changes, unfornately we are unable to provide service to these states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Rhodes Island, Utah. 

No Returns or Exchanges: Given the nature of our products and the complexities of international shipping, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any sake or wine shipments once they leave our warehouse. This policy ensures product quality and compliance with import regulations.
